INGREDIENTS
375g dried large shell pasta (see note)
1 1/2 cups frozen broad beans
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 green onions, thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 long red chilli, thinly sliced (optional)
425g can tuna in olive oil, drained
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons lemon zest
Shaved parmesan, to serve
METHOD
Step 1
Until tender, under the direction of the package, cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water. Keep 1/4 cup of cooking liquid in a safe place.
2nd step
Prepare the beans after the package directions.
Step 3
In a large non-stick anti-stick pan, the heating oil is on medium-low heat. If adding onion, garlic and pepper
Use Add Cooking Tuna, Beans and Lemon Juice for 1 minute. Cook for 1 minute or cook.
Step 4
Add the lemon juice to the pasta, to the reserved kitchen liquor and to the saucepan. Cook the season with salt and pepper, bet for 1 to 2 minutes or reheat. Sprinkle with Pyramids Serve
