I ran across an article that ranked the most popular foods served at Super Bowl Parties from 1 to 15. You have to take into account the region of the country and favorites for those areas. But the top seven are popular where ever you live.
- Chicken Wings- They are easy to prepare, come in a variety of flavors and who doesn't like chicken.
- Buffalo Chicken Dip-A gooey combination of cheeses, chicken, dressing, hot sauce and veggies and crackers for serving.
- Chips and Dips-An all time favorite of any kind of party.
- Pizza-Another easy party fix. Pizza can be a combination of many different things piled on a crust with cheese.
- 7-Layer Dip- Is always good to dip a chip or cracker into. Re-fried beans, sour cream, guacamole, cheese and onions.
- Guacamole-Good by itself as an dip or added to other foods to enhance them.
- Potato Skins-A little time consuming with baking the potatoes, scooping out the potatoes, adding cheese, etc.

Here is a #4 that I made for a Super Bowl Party. It was a "Taco Pizza" with all of the trimmings, homemade salsa and a side dish of Spanish Riced Cauliflower.
The crust for the pizza was from Publix Supermarket that had been sitting in my refrigerator for awhile. For the pizza sauce I used my homemade salsa which consisted of tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapenos, lemon juice , salt and chilies.
Topping the the salsa I added black olives which are used frequently in Italian and Mexican cuisine.

For cheese I used Daiya Vegan Mozzerella and Cheedar. I topped this layer with both cheeses.
Next it was time to add the meat. I use ground turkey for recipes that call for ground meat. I seasoned the ground turkey with my homemade taco seasoning and added some taco sauce for moisture.
Next it was time to bake the pizza. I added another layer of cheese and popped it into the oven.
When it came out of the oven I topped it with fresh salad greens, tomatoes. cilantro, and red onions. The family ate most of it before I could take a picture. This is what they left me. They claimed it was so good that they could not help themselves. They even attacked the Spanish Riced Cauliflower. It was all gooood!!!!!!!!!!
