Materials Required - Ingredients for Khatta Dhokla
Urad Dal and Rice Fermented Mix (Idli Battery) - 2.5 cups
Sour yogurt - half cup
Green Coriander - 2-3 tablespoons

Green chili - 1-2
Ginger Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon or as per taste
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Eco Fruit Salt - 3/4 Tablespoons
How to make Khatta Dhokla
Take a plate whose diameter is 8-10 inches and add a little oil to smooth the plate. Take this utensil so that the dhokla plate comes easily in that vessel, put 2 cups of water in the pot and keep it warm
Take the Idli batter in a big bowl, add ginger paste, green pepper, salt, 2 teaspoons of oil and yogurt into the batter and mix it. Now add the euro fruit salt and mix it, put the dhokla mixture in the smooth plate and spread it like one.
The water is heated in the pot, keep a mesh stain in the pot, keep the dhokla mixture plate on it, and let the dhokla cook on medium bright fire for 18-20 minutes, after 20 minutes, the dhokla appears bloated Take off from it, and cut the Dhokla into pieces with the help of a knife.
Put the oil in the dhokla, add oil in a small pan, add the mustard when the oil is hot; Put the curry leaves on the frying pan and fry it, add a little over the dhokla on the dhokla, around the green, Put coriander and make it decorated. Serve and eat Dhokla with green coriander chutney, coconut chutney or chili saas.
suggestion:
You do not want to chop in the Dhokla i.e. that you do not want to eat more oil, while cooking the dhokla, sprinkle some fresh crushed black pepper and red chillies over it, and cut it down like a dhokla.
If the yogurt that is found in Dhokla is not fresh and sour, then one lemon juice can be taken out in Dhokla.
