This carrot cake was the first family recipe that I learned. It's super easy, economical and delicious.
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 cup of neutral oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground clove
3 cups grated carrot
½ cup of raisins
1 cup of chopped nuts
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients by hand in a bowl.
3. Mix all the wet ingredients by hand in another bowl.
4. Join both mixtures by hand until everything is well integrated. 5. Empty the mixture in a mold and bake for about 1 hour.
