Bananas in chocolate with peanuts
Ingredients
- 6 bananas;
- 1 bar of dark chocolate;
- a handful of peanuts (or crumbled cookies);
- lemon or lime juice;
- cooking oil for frying.
Cooking
Melt chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave . Peanuts finely chop and fry a little in the pan with the addition of oil. Roasted and salted nuts are also suitable, you just need to pour them into a sieve and actively shake off excess salt.
