I love the beautiful Sundays here in my little house because ... Sundays are WAFFLE DAYS! Here is a recipe for wonderful waffles that are quick and easy! All you need are a few ingredients and a waffle maker and Voila! ... the possibilities are endless. Here are three of my favorite waffles:
The classic! Just add butter and maple syrup!
The sweet berry of sweet cream and waffle of honey. We just added some raspberries, blackberries, fresh whipped cream and honey, with a pinch of powdered sugar on top.
And last but not least ... The Churro waffle! This is my absolute favorite. I just spread a little butter on both sides, covered it with cinnamon sugar and covered it with a little caramel syrup. This is not for the faint of heart, but it is definitely worth every bite.
