Milkfish in Vinegar Sauce

I remember the first time I cleaned milkfish my cousin and sister got angry with me. Haha!
I grew up by the beach and was only familiar of grouper fish, emperor fish, rabbitfish, parrotfish and catfish! When cleaning fish I always remove everything inside its belly! I was ignorant of milkfish. I removed all the black inside its belly! Haha!
