Good Afternoon,
I've been in the lookout for the new Quality Street chocolate bars. Finally I managed to get my hands on them. I'm going to begin with the purple One first. Here's what I thought.

Quality Street The Purple One Chocolate Sharing Bar 87g
"Milk chocolate with a caramel filling and toasted hazelnut pieces."
First of all I have to say the bar was a lot smaller than expected. (Probably because I am such a pig when it comes to chocolate! Haha!!) The purple one is my favourite out of a box of Quality Street and I couldn't wait to dig in. When I unwrapped the bar I noticed the chocolate had curved edges. Now this wouldn't normally bother me, but I did feel a bit short changed in the chocolate department. That aside, I snapped a bit of the bar off. It didn't look that special inside. It was all down to the tasting. The chocolate tasted really nice, just like Quality Street should. There was caramel in the top layer of the bar and nutty chocolate underneath. It was really nice and yummy, but it didn't blow me away like I thought it would.
This was a good chocolate bar, but I reckon I could improve it. Make the God damn bar bigger and that includes the segments too. That way there is room for more caramel and more nuts. This would be a lot more impressive if the chocolate bar was thick rather than trying to fit everything into a skinny piece of chocolate.
