Yesterday I prepared baked young potato as you can see on my plate. But what is a secret trick to make it good as possible?

Preparation
First wash potatoes under cold water. Then simply cut bigger young potatoes and leave small one nicely rounded.
Trick for aroma - potato massage
Put potato in a bowl or plate with a 1 dcl of olive oil. Then put rosemary on it.
Mix it with hands - yes, a kind of potato massage.
When prepared for the oven it should like nice and oily-like here on the photo.
Simply put in a oven on a baking paper. Bake around half an hour on medium heat.
