This delicious salad is best enjoyed fresh. It still tastes good the next day, but it does not look so nice anymore because the mushrooms get darker. Hope you enjoy the recipe.
Ingredients
- 60 g of champignons;
- 6 cherry tomatoes;
- 1 cucumber;
- 70 g of romano;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Preparation
Boil and chop the eggs. Raw mushrooms are thoroughly washed and cut into plates. Chop up tomatoes and cucumber. Add romano and butter.
