Pasta with spinach
Ingredients:
- 240 g pasta (preferably thin);
- 3 tablespoons butter;
- 2 crushed cloves of garlic;
- 5-6 cups of chopped spinach (can be frozen);
- grated parmesan;
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Preparation
Boil the pasta in a separate saucepan until done. Put it aside and leave ½ cup of water in which it was cooked.
In the same pan, heat the butter. Add crushed garlic and pass it for 2-3 minutes. Then add the boiled pasta and spinach. Cook until the spinach leaves are soft. If the paste begins to burn, add a little water. At the end, put a little grated Parmesan into the pan, mix well, salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the prepared pasta in a large dish and add a little more cheese.
