500 years of olive trees in our generation

For a long time always a piece of land is given to our family
Thanks to my father that he will continue to give it, and we his sons the oil from these beautiful trees
I live in Germany and try to get to Sicily as often as possible, to forget all the stress.
I have some photos for you from our small olive plantation with 400 trees where a lot of work is inside

we produce 400 lieter in the year, the oil has a seure ridge of 0,2%
the harvest goes from sptember to october
