Who else love sushi?
This was my dinner at the newly opened Japanese restaurant nearby.
Aside from salmon, it has mango, cucumber, cheese and some sort of soy sauce. This might be Teriyaki sauce.
It tastes sooooooooo good!
It was a bit expensive. I want to learn to make my own sushi rolls so I don't have to splurge in restaurants.
Making it should be easy but I have to get the right ingredients. Rice should just be sticky enough. Less sticky would not make a rool. And too much stickiness will be not good for the texture.
