Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 big Apple
Egg 1 piece
130 g oil
100 ml of kefir
0.5 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt
120-150 g flour
Preparation:
Egg and yogurt for the dough needs to be pre-fetched from the fridge to the products to warm to room temperature.
Melt butter and cool.
In a blender, chop 2 bananas, add the egg.
Add butter, salt, sugar, baking soda. Mix until sugar dissolves.
Pour kefir, stir and gradually add wheat flour, bringing the consistency of the dough to a thickness slightly thicker than pancakes.
Banana dough is ready.
For the filling, peel the Apple from the core and peel. Cut into thin slices.
Turn on the multi-cooker as soon as the green light comes on, pour on the panel 2 tablespoons of dough, put in the center of a circle of Apple.
From above pour 1-2 tablespoons of dough.
Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
