Potato Cheese Pancakes
Ingredients:
3 potatoes, peeled
1 onion
1 egg, beaten
30 ml cake flour
Salt and pepper to taste
5 ml baking powder
125 ml grated Cheddar cheese
10 ml chopped parsley
Oil to frying
Method:
Grate the potato and onion together.
Stir the egg, cake flour, salt, pepper and baking powder.
Stir in the cheese and parsley.
Spoon spoonful of mixture into hot oil and fry until golden brown both sides.
Drain it on kitchen paper.
