Antipasto is the traditional first course of a formal Italian meal. Typical ingredients of a traditional antipasto include cured meats, olives, peperoni, mushrooms, anchovies, artichoke hearts, various cheeses, pickled meats, and vegetables in oil or vinegar.
Truly one of the best ways to start a meal. A variety of joyous flavors ranging from the taste bud stimulating effects of the vinegary marinated olives to the pallet enticing meats. The anti-pasti will always be a favorite as a starter.
