Pasta E Fagioli is an Italian soup a little on the thicker side. It's mainly pasta and beans. Usually a white bean is used. I like to use great northern beans. Carrots, celery and onion are also added. I like to add some diced potatoes. There are many different recipes where meats are added as well. Also a great winter food.
