Steam the potatoes for 20 minutes (more or less), meanwhile cook the Mushrooms in a frying pan.
When the mushrooms are half-cooked, put the seitan scallops in the same frying pan.
When everything is cooked season the mushrooms with salt, olive oil and chopped parsley, the seitan scallops with lemon juice and the potatoes with salt, olive oil and chopped parsley.
Et voilà! The Lunch is served!
