hi foodies..today i made chana dal(split chickpeas) just wanted to share the recipe with you guys.. :p
soak the dal in warm water for 1 hour then boil it add salt turmeric powder and red chli powder
cut medium size onion and chop 3 to 4 garlic cloves
in a pan add oil and fry onion till medium brown
add cumin garlic and green chilies
pour it on boiled dal cook on low flame
add water as per your requirement
our delicious dal is ready
