
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of oyster mushrooms
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- 1/2 tbsp salt powder
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon powdered broth
- Oil
HOW TO MAKE:
- Oyster mushrooms washed and disuwir2 small elongated. Squeeze the water until the oyster mushrooms are quite dry.
- Combine flour, salt, powdered broth and ground pepper into one.
- Put the oyster mushrooms mixed with the flour until all mushrooms covered with thin flour aja tepung jgan clotted.
- Strain the oyster mushrooms and separate from the flour that is not sticking molded.
- Heat oil and fry over medium heat until golden dry.
