Honey-Curd Casserole

Ingredients:
● Cottage cheese - 9% 300 g
● Honey - 2 tablespoons
● Semolina - 2 tablespoons
● Egg - 1 piece
● Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
● Soda - at the tip of the knife
● Dry yeast - at the tip of the knife
Cooking:
- Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, honey, yolk, semolina, yeast and soda until a homogeneous mass is obtained and allow to stand for 25-30 minutes at room temperature.
- Whisk the egg white until a steep foam is obtained and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained( like the main dough)
- Bake at 200 degrees.
Serve with honey, sour cream, cream or jam;)
