Golden hen in breadcrumbs
Ingredients:
● Chicken fillet - 500g
● Egg - 1 pcs.
● Water - 2 tbsp.
● Flour - 4 tbsp.
● Salt and black ground pepper - on your own taste
● Breadcrumbs - about 40 g
● Parmesan - about 100 g
● Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
Cooking:
- Cut into small pieces chicken fillet. Therefore, they are will more tasty and well baked :)
- Also cutted pieces preferably desiccated on a paper towel
- Mix the flour with salt and ground black pepper
- Combine the egg is with a couple of tablespoons of cold water
- Sprinkle with olive oil the breadcrumbs
- Combine the breadcrumbs with the finely grated Parmesan and gently mix it
- Dip each slice in flour, dip it in egg and then in the breadcrumbs mixture

We will bake the chicken in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 20 minutes. Then turn the pieces and send them to the oven for another 5-7 minutes. Thus, the crust will be a more even gold color and the fillet turns out very juicy!
