I started a diet because I'm going on vacation at the end of July and want to be extremely comfortable! I was once a 215 pound lady, and dropped 69 pounds! Since then I've gotten wrapped around the finger of Dr Pepper & junk food and within 1 year I gained 20 pounds 😱😱 (won't seem like a lot to some of you but when you lose weight you never want it to come back). Lol!!
I would like to share some of the meals that I have had. I started this diet May 12th and my goal is 30 pounds in 2 months. Based on that I spoke with my local nutrition shop and long story short I'm staying at 30g carbs a day - no bread, no rice, no potatoes, no sugar, no soda.
Slice of Cajun turkey, 8 cheese cubes, 4 cherry tomatoes.
Lettuce wrap, 2 chopped cherry tomatoes, bacon & mustard.

Spicy baked boneless ribs & steamed broccoli
Halo Top Ice Cream (4 servings per pint)
Key lime Greek Yogurt (heb brand = the best) just shake it forever before opening, it's not a pleasant sight and tastes totally different than it smells.
Hamburger patty, jalapeño muenster, tomato, lettuce, ketchup. You can eat as much as you want I'm just working on portions and staying under 30g carbs a day.
