HUEVOS ROTOS
¡¡¡Muy buenas Steemians!!! Hoy no tenía mucho tiempo para hacer la comida y os enseño algo sencillo rápido pero muy rico.
HI STEMIANS!!! Today I did't have much time to cook luch so I show you something simple, fast but delicious.
Son unas patatas a lo pobre con pimiento y cebolla, ingredientes sencillos y baratos que siempre tenemos en nuestra despensa, con un huevo poché con un toque especial.
These are fried potatoes with pepper and onion, simple and cheap ingredients that we always have in our pantry, with a poached egg with a special touch.
Preparamos las patatas y las freímos lentamente con aceite de oliva y unos ajitos machacados... aroma a nuestra Andalucía bonita.
We prepare the potatoes and fry them slowly with olive oil and some crushed garlic... very typical in the beautiful Andalusia.
Y finalmente pochamos un huevo de una forma diferente con un toquecito personal que me encanta, unas gotas de aceite de trufa blanca.
And finally we poach the egg in a different way with a personal touch that I love, a few drops of white truffle oil.
