Cooked chicken chop for dinner ! ~ i really love cooking western , italian and japanese cuisines ~ You can add your own unique touch to it and everytime i cook , i improved on finding the missing flavor or spice or the method that will take it to the next version of foodiegasmĀ !
The Secret recipe Sauce for version 2 is made firstly by pan frying the chicken until golden brown crisps , mixed with oil and a touch of butter and mixed italian herbs , once done , you get that crisps charredness residue on the pan , thats the pure flavor of the chicken , do not throw that , then pour in chopped yellow onions and shitake mushrooms , let it sit for around 2 ~ 5 mins till you see a bit of charredness , next add in a quarter of lemon juice , dark soya sauce , my FAV liqueur to give it an EXTRA Ā hint of sweetness is the CHAMBORD Black Raspberry Liqueur , just a shotfull is enough , next add more pepper and 1 table spoon of flour , keep stirring until it thickens and the consistency is smoooth ! DONE!Ā
i paired it with Baked Potato topped with Japanese Mayo , brocolli and carrots tossed with melted butter!
