After a long day, not getting my workout in til later, being a mom of 2 cray cray children and 3 dogs who tend to rough house and make more of a mess than the kids... dinner some times is a stretch.. I’m winding down, not with wine, but a protein shake with hidden veggies.
Ingredients:
- 1C lettuce (I used artisan 1/2 purple 1/2 green)
- 1C blueberries
- 4oz Coconut milk
- 2 scoops chocolate protein
- blend! It is thicker than I normally make it. Guessing it was the coconut milk, but I actually enjoyed it! I was able to eat it with a spoon!
- to the mommas out there.. my child drank 3oz by herself before I could even get to mine. So I’d say it’s kid approved! Lol
