ShrimpSauce
Ingredients
- 500 grams of shrimp (I use large shrimp)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 5 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 spring onion (thinly sliced)
- Enough water
Groud spices
- 3 cloves of garlic (large size)
- 3 cloves of red onion
- 4 pieces of curly red pepper
- 5 red chili peppers
The steps
- Wash clean shrimp, drain then give salt and garlic powder, set aside for 15 minutes.
- While waiting for the shrimp set aside, prepare the spices smooth, mix all the ingredients fine, then puree.
- Next fry the shrimp until it turns red, then drain.
- Saute the finer spices with a little oil until fragrant with medium heat, insert fried shrimp, mix well.
- Add oyster sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, water, salt and sugar. Stir well, taste correction if it is fit to turn off the fire.
