Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon peach jam
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 50mL whiskey
- 75g ice
- lemon twist
The steps
- Mix ice, whiskey, lemon juice and peach jam in a cocktail shaker.
- Cover with the lid and shake for 30 seconds.
- Strain to the serving glass of your choice.
- Garnish with lemon twist and serve.
