Ingredients:
- Kefir - 150 ml
- Apple - 3 pieces.
- Spice: cinnamon ground to taste
- Honey 1 tbsp. spoon
Preparation:
1. Apples wash and peel, remove the core. Rub them on a fine grater or mash with a blender.
2. Pour apples with cold yogurt and whisk with a mixer. Add a little cinnamon and honey to the cocktail, whisk again.
3. Feed. Pour the cocktail over the glasses, if desired, can decorate with apples slices.
