Have you ever been to Outback steakhouse? if yes then you probably have tried their Alice spring Quesadillas. They are amazing right? well i've tried to make the same at home and i had some pretty cool results!
Here the delicious recipe:
☆1 tablespoon mustard
☆2 teaspoons honey
☆4 ounces chicken breast grilled
☆2 teaspoons butter r, plus 1/2 teaspoon for the grill (or use nonstick spray)
☆2 ounces baby portabella mushrooms sliced
☆1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
☆1/4 teaspoon parsley chopped
☆4 flour tortillas
☆3 ounces Colby Jack Cheese shredded
☆4 slices bacon Cooked
First cut the chicken in diagonal slices about 1.4 inch thick, Season with salt and pepper, brush it with veg oil and and grill at 350 degrees 4 min each side.
Saute the mushrooms in a skillet over medium-high heat with 2 tbsp of butter, garlic, salt and parsley. cook them for 2 min.
Transfer to a bowl.
add half of the cheese on the tortilla, half of the chick, bacon and mushrooms. Top with the other tortilla.
Place it on the skilled were the mushrooms were cooked for 2 min each side.
Repeat with the other two tortillas.
Quickly make a honey mustard mixing in a bowl honey and mustard.
Enjoy this delicious Quesadilla.
