Seems interesting! Although, I don't think I could handle going without food a majority of the day xD. I assume you prefer the "16/8" method then? This is something I will need to further research. Question: do you find yourself becoming drowsy the longer you wait to eat? Or maybe right after eating, becoming tired? && If you don't mind, I'm also quite curious what this meal above consists of... looks absolutely amazing. 👍
