The past two weeks all my husband has been joking about is balls.
He has been joking and laughing about balls ever since Byteballs showed up.
He even got me to play along with his Byteballs.
So I decided to make some chocolate balls to add to his fun and games.
Chocolate balls filled with marshmallows!
Ingredients
200 grams of margarine
200 grams of icing or caster sugar
250 grams of ground tea biscuits (cookies)
50 grams of dark cooking chocolate
4 tablespoons of cocoa
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
5 tablespoons of coconut (sprinkles)
and small marshmallows
Step 1
Melt the margarine and mix it with the icing sugar, along side that melt the chocolate, then add the ground biscuits and molten chocolate, mix it well, then add the rest of the ingredients leaving out only the marshmallows.
Step 2
Take small chunks of the mix and flatten them out in the palm of your hand, put the small marshmallow in the middle then close it up and roll into a ball.
Then roll the ball into the coconut shavings.
When finished, place in a tray, place the tray into the fridge for 30 minutes.
Walla, serve you dessert and watch the children go wild!
See I have more balls than him now!
:)
