Nothing like a home made stew!
Ingredients:
1/2 kg of minced meat (50/50% pork + beef)
cooking oil
1/2 ltr tomato puree sauce
flour
3 eggs
milk
parsley (dried)
1 cup of peas
1 oninon
5 garlic clovers
2 peeled tomatos
5 bayleaves
5 brussell sprouts
garlic herbs
pepper
salt
Vegeta
paprika
Step 1
On a strong flame.
Lightly fry the chopped onions in a drop of oil
Then add the meat
Mix and close with lid, let it simmer/cook for 10 minutes (stir a few times during these 10 minutes)
Step 2
While this is cooking:
Peel the tomates and cut it up together with the brussell sprouts
Step 3
After 10 minutes add 2 tablespoons of flour and 1 litre of water, mix well, if it is too thick, add a little more water.
Step 4
After 30 minutes of cooking (you might need to add a little bit of water during the 30 minutes, so it doesn't get too thickened)
Add 100ml of red wine.
Mix well,
Step 5
After 10 minutes, add all the vegetables and herbs and spices.
& let it cook for 20 minutes.
Step 6
DUMPLINGS
Prepare the dumplings,
3 egg yolks
2 teaspoons of salt
a little parsley
200ml milk
and add flour till it start to look like a thick panckemix
Step 7
After the 20 minutes of cooking are up
Use a teaspoon do add your dumplings
let it cook for 15 more minutes
Then it is ready to serve!
