We live in Venezuela, which is a country where there are not so many foods for which you can vary. Not only this, but each person must consume what they can get more economical, since everything is excessively expensive in comparation of the rest of the world it is super cheap, but anyway.
What I'm trying to say is that I do not judge the type of food because I could consume any food, even though I would like to live in a country with more vegetables to be able to vary my diet and not necessarily depend on one type of diet. meat as a companion in each dish or chicken or baccon :C.
AND I want to thank my friend for helping me in the elaboration of the food and for posing for the pictures <3 , which I took from my Sansumg Galaxy S3.
Ingredients
- 300 gr of chicken.
- 1 cup of Rice.
- Two Onions.
- 100 grams of Zucchini.
- 100 gramns of Eggplant.
- 1 carrot.
- 1 Pepper
- Garlic Sauce
- Soy Sauce.
- 1 Banana.
- Salt
- Species like marjoram, cumin and rosemary.
- Vegetal Oil.
- English sauce.
- Chili pepper.

- In the first step, the carrots, zucchini, peppers and aubergines are chopped. It is placed in a pan to heat vegetable oil, to then place all these making a scrambled vegetables, apply a little pepper and a pinch of salt to taste, herbs are important because they give a fresh touch to food and is good for the body; Garlic sauce is added in the same way to taste, stir the cooked salad and cover until it is ready, leaving a very rich flavor.

- In addition to this... we used some zucchini left over, these have many vitamins such as Vitamin C, B3 and provitamin A, It has almost no calories (15 cal) so it is very healthy for the body.It contains minerals and trace elements such as phosphorus , potassium, magnesium and calcium. This vegetable is rich in fiber (between 0.5 g and 1.5 g per 100 grams) and Omega 3. So we will fry it, we also grilled some to speed the process and save some oil!

- Then; In the preparation of the rice, we choped the coriander into pieces, which is the ingredient that will give it the most natural smell and flavor, it is also chopped onion into squares and they are placed to sauté, then the cup of rice is also placed to sauté little time so that it does not stick then being vaporized. Approximately after 30 seconds of frying, add 2 cups of water (it is always one cup for each half of rice).

And with the oil saved we fry the banana!!! and we get the final dish <3
