Salad Sushi! π±π
Hey guys!
Did you ever make Sushi with romana salad?
No? Why not? π
Try it! Together with rice, avo and sriracha is it such a nice combo.
** Ingredients **
- 100g rice
- 10 leaves romana salad
- 1 avocado
- salt
- pepper
- sriracha
Optional fillings:
- carrot
- roasted mushrooms
- bell pepper
- mustard
** Instructions **
- Boil the rice a little longer than recommended in salty water
- Cut the hard stalks off the salad leaves
- If the rice is ready let it rinse and cool down
- Spice it with whatever you desire e.g. salt & pepper
- Put a very small hand full of rice onto the leave and start to roll
- It depends a lot on the salad if it sticks enough and keeps rolled - if not just use a toothpick to hold it together
- Drizzle Sriracha on top!
- Enjoy!
You can also dip it with soy sauce if you like it classy!
