I made this Burger with a high protein & oil free kidney bean patty and oil free oven fries like two weeks ago and it was so amazing! I love Burgers! I could eat them all day long. What about you?
You guys asked which my favorite vegan protein source is? Iโll go all the way with BEANS and CHICKPEAS! ๐
Ingredients
1 can rinsed kidney beans
1 glove of garlic
0,5 onion
1 small tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 big tbsp chickpea flour
1 hand full fresh parsley
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp mustard
Steps
- Cut garlic, parsley & the onion and put everything in a bowl and mix it with an immersion blender.
- Take a small hand full of dough, shape it into a patty and put it on a baking sheet.
- Bake it on 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
I love colorful food! Especially when its tasty as hell like this burger with avocado, sriracha, salad, tomatoes, cucumber and the bean patty!
