Do you like this magical pizza I have for you today?
Its a spelt dough mixed with blue spirulina powder for the extra vitamins!
It has a tomato sauce mixed with garlic, herbs & spices as a base topping. On top of that are roasted purple onions, kale, cashews, small tomato pieces and vegan cheese.
Ingredients
Dough
- 150g spelt flour
- 1/2 package of dried yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 75ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 1/3 package of sieved tomatoes
- 1 garlic glove
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 0,5 tsp sugar
- a bit of salt & pepper
- 1 small tsp of basil, oregano and thyme
Topping
...Whatever you desire fits best!
- Maybe Funghi?
-> Mushrooms & vegan cheese - Maybe Vegetable?
-> Bell pepper, broccoli, onions - Or same like I had: roasted purple onions, kale, cashews, small tomato pieces and vegan cheese.
Instructions
Dough
- Sieve flour into a bowl and mix it with yeast and sugar
- Add water, salt, oil and knead a nice dough
- Let it rise at a warm place for 45 mins
- Form the dough into a pizza mould
Sauce
- Cut the garlic and roast it shortly
- Add everything else into a bowl and combine it with the roasted garlic.
- Put in on top of the dough
General
- Preheat the oven to 235 degrees Celsius
- Add all the toppings you want
- Put it into the oven for 11 minutes (14 minutes if you want to have it more crunchy)
- Enjoy
