Charlotte, pie with apples
In the usual sense, charlotte is a pie with apples. But its taste can be diversified if you use a melon with dense flesh.

Ingredients
- 4 small pieces of melon;
- 1⅓ cups of flour;
- ½ cup of sugar;
- 2 tablespoons sugar cane;
- 1 cup of kefir;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- 1.5 g of vanillin;
- cinnamon on the tip of the knife.
Preparation
With a mixer or whisk, beat the eggs with sugar, then gently pour in kefir and mix again thoroughly. Add the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and vanillin) and pour the dough into a silicone mold.
If the apples are laid down, it is better to spread the melon over the dough. To do this, slice it into thin slices. Sprinkle the cake with cane sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake for half an hour at 200 ° C.
