Frittata with ham and bell pepper
Ingredients
- 8 eggs;
- 60 g of natural yogurt;
- 1 Bulgarian pepper;
- 1 onion;
- 150 g of ham;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 100 g of hard cheese.
Preparation
Whisk egg and yogurt. Cut the peppers, onions and ham into cubes, chop the garlic. Distribute these ingredients on the bottom of a small form, oiled. Add the seasonings and pour the egg mixture.
Place the form in a preheated oven for 180 ° C for 30 minutes. Then sprinkle the frittata with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
