Thin Pancakes With Milk
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 400 g
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Egg chicken 4 pieces
- Milk 1 l
- Salt on the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
- 1 tomato
Preparation:
- Whisk the eggs with sugar, gradually enter the flour and salt.
- Pour in milk and gently stir until smooth.
- Leave for 20 minutes.
- Add vegetable oil to the dough and fry the pancakes on a strongly heated frying pan.
