Salad with green peas, sea kale, eggs and cheese
Ingredients
- 2 eggs;
- 50 g of hard cheese;
- 1 pickled cucumber;
- 180 grams of seaweed;
- 100 g canned green peas;
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise;
- ground black pepper - to taste.
Cooking
Cook hard boiled eggs, cool and peel. Grate the eggs and cheese on a fine grater. Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Add to the ingredients cabbage, peas, mayonnaise and pepper and mix.
