This is a great sandwich to make with leftover roast beef. Patty melts are so easy and good.
I used rye bread, put on a little mustard, the roast beef, topped with the caramelized onions and of course we can't forget the cheddar cheese!
Toasted to perfection. A great sandwich. :)
