Hello Everyone on this beautiful Friday!
Let's get ready for a yummy weekend with another one of my favorite bliss balls. This one is extra rich so I recommend it for the ones with a sweet tooth or as a extra power lift to get us through the last day of the working week.
I hope you love these as much as I do!
Time: 15 min (+ fridge set) | Servings: 10 balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 5 tbsp unhulled tahini
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa or coconut butter
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor until well combined. If the mixture is too wet to roll, add a few more dates or desiccated coconut and place in the freezer for a few minutes to set.
- Roll into balls.
- Dust with desiccated coconut, or decorate with walnuts, cranberries, sultanas or other nuts or dried fruit, if desired. You can also put the fruit or nut in the middle of the balls as a little surprise.
- Place in an airtight container
- Put in the fridge or freezer to set.
Enjoy!
