A week ago, we got stuck at home without any desire to go outside but with a great hunger. I managed to improvise with what was in the house and it came out excellent, to my surprise
Boil some artichoke bottoms
Fry in a pan some onions and crushed garlic and chestnut
Drain the artichokes and fill them with a mixture of onion and chestnuts
Cover with goat cheese and put it in the oven for 25 minutes at 160 degrees
Easy to make and very tasty, great snacks for a movie night
