Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of sunflower oil
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 cups of flour
- 5 small grated carrots
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Directions
Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar. Then add the sunflower oil.
Add the 5 grated carrots to the egg yolk mixture. Mix the cake flour and the baking powder in the batter.
Finally beat the egg whites into stiff peaks and add them to the cake mixture, incorporating slowly.
Prepare the cake pan. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake it in a preheated oven at 180ºC.
