Accidentally come across this yummy looking doughnut today.
Have never heard of Bombolone so i search it up and found out that its actually an Italian doughnut!
This small fluffy donut pictures look so delicious and tempting... I like creamy stuff a lot (not healthy i know but not like i eating it everyday plus hey now we got #SEVEN77, #actifit and all so at least some fat is being burnt. : I can still squeeze into your luggage for #steemfest..)...😉😋😋
Make me drooling over it that i actually google how to make it. So below is the summary.
Its similar to how bread is make with the mixing and proofing.
Then roll it into a small round ball and let it sit until it grow twice its size.
Then fried it and coat it with some icing sugar.
Cut the middle (careful not to cut through it though) and pump in the filing of your choice.
Hopefully one day will have chance to try making it myself.
