Ingredients
- Chicken - 400 gram
- Big Onion - 1 nos
- Garlic - 5 nos
- Curry leaves - 8 nos
- Green chilli - 2
- Oil - 4 Tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Chicken powder - 2 Tsp
- Black Pepper powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Salt for Taste
Preparation
Step - 1 - Pre Heat the pan
Step - 2 - Add 4 Tsp of Oil
Step - 3 - Add curry leaves
Step - 4 - Add Chopped Green chilli
Step - 5 - Add Chopped Garlic
Step - 6 - Add Chopped Big Onion
Step - 7 - Saute till its Brown
Step - 8 - Add 2 Tsp of Chicken powder
Step - 9 - Salt for Taste
Step - 10 - Add 1/4 Tsp of Turmeric Powder
Step - 11 - Add 1/2 Tsp of Cumin Powder
Steps - 12 - Add 1/4 Tsp of Black Pepper Powder
Step - 13 - Saute well
Step - 14 - Add Chicken 400 gram
Step - 15 - Saute for 5 minutes
Step 16 - Cook for 20 minutes in medium flame
Step 17 - Stir until it becomes thick gravy
Step - 18 - Add 1 Tsp of Lemon Juice
