Today I want to share a menu of other dishes from my village, Keueueng Asam soup.
Asam Keueueng sauce is a soup originating from Aceh with a combination of aroma and dominant sour taste when on the tongue. As you already know, generally, the average staple food of Southeast Asians is rice. Rice will be complete if we give Keueueng Acid sauce as a complementary menu.

The picture above is a picture of ready-made Keueueng Acid soup. With a mix of ingredients mainly tuna, it certainly makes this sauce taste very delicious.
The picture above is a picture of some of the main ingredients that I need when making this cuisine menu, namely:
- I have cleaned the tuna fish and I have also given the lime and the following salt.
- On the second plate I prepared some ingredients such as fresh star fruit, dried star fruit acid, one turmeric clove, two garlic cloves, immature small chili, pepper, and cumin powder.
Next, the picture above shows all the ingredients I put in one pan before I give enough water.
After that, when I put all the ingredients together, I turned on the fire to cook it in about 45 minutes.
