看了的耳光炒饭文後,特別想吃盤炒飯。好在她巨細靡遺的給了食譜,今早就去市場批貨啦。
這道菜的備料還算簡單,就是得用蝦頭煉蝦油。因為第一次做,所以都照大廚的食譜走,我就不多廢話啦,看圖吧。😋

如果說下次可以改進的地方的話
- 碗豆先燙過會比較軟一點
- 因為煮兩人分,鹹蛋用兩顆風味會比較明顯
- 做到一半時,我突然好想加韓國泡菜。下次加 😬
