This tropical-inspired smoothie is one of my favourites! Not only is it high in protein and fiber, but it also aids digestion and prevents bloating. It is perfect as a pre or post workout smootie, or for a quick breakfast on the run!

Ingredients:
2 cups pineapple chunks
1 young thai coconut (or 1/2 cup coconut water)
1/2 cup raw almonds
Steps:
Blend pineapple chunks, the water and flesh of one young thai coconut (or 1/2 cup coconut water), and raw almonds until smooth and creamy
(optional) Serve with shredded coconut or fresh berries!
Great for digestion and high in protein!
